Job Introduction
Join Hampshire’s Inclusion Support Service as a Service Administrator and become part of a dedicated, friendly, and passionate team working to improve the lives of vulnerable children and young people. You will support the School Attendance Support Team as the first point of contact for attendance queries from schools, parents and partner agencies, while managing casework and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong data capability, including producing, analysing and interpreting statistics and reports to support effective decision-making and identify trends.
What you'll be doing;
- Act as the first point of contact for attendance enquiries, managing phone and inbox queries from schools, parents and partner agencies
- Maintain accurate records, including tracking enquiries, updating databases, and recording case notes on Capita One
- Support service delivery by arranging meetings, producing data reports, and contributing to casework and cross-team working
What we're looking for;
- A strong understanding of the importance of school attendance and its impact on outcomes for children and young people
- A highly organised and proactive individual, confident working with data and managing a varied workload
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
