The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, dedicated, and hands-on Site Manager to help us maintain our wonderful school. This role is vital in ensuring our site is safe, secure and always ready to support our pupils, staff and visitors. You’ll play an essential part in the smooth running of the school, from overseeing maintenance to being the key holder responsible for opening up the school each day.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain and ensure the security of the school buildings and grounds
- Be the key holder, responsible for daily school opening from 7 am and supporting events outside normal hours when required
- Lead cleaning staff and contractors to keep our school in top condition
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and respond promptly to maintenance issues
- Manage the school’s resources and facilities efficiently
- Oversee the setup and supervision of school events and lettings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or educational setting
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- A "can do" attitude and passion for working around children
- Basic DIY and building maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS clearance
