Site Manager
We are currently seeking to employ a site manager in this all age special school for pupils with severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys a busy varied role.
Grade D: £26,918 - £29,616 (depending on qualifications and experience, pay award pending)
Full Time: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, split shift
7.00am to 10.30am and 1.30pm to 5.30pm (Mondays to Thursdays)
7.00am to 10.30am and 1.30pm to 5.00pm (Fridays)
Main accountabilities for this post include:-
• Key holder responsibilities including daily site checks of grounds and building
• Pool maintenance
• Health and safety responsibilities as designated representative
• Fire safety procedures and practice as designated co-ordinator
• General repair, maintenance and redecoration
• Overseeing and supervision of all site contractors appointed
• Monitoring cleaning standards and regular audits with our cleaning contractor
• On site traffic management at the start and end of the school day
• Monitoring energy and water/sewage consumption
• Reporting to Headteacher and Business Manager on all aspects of site management
Please be aware that all annual leave entitlement can only been taken during school holidays.
