Haven has two new vacancies for a Special Educational Needs Assistant to provide high quality care and learning for children with special educational needs and disabilities at Haven. As an Early Years SEND Hub for Hampshire our exceptional practice and high-quality training make us a unique and exciting place to work.
We are seeking team players who want to further develop their excellent SEND early years practice. Fantastic opportunities for professional development and training available, including speech and language, Makaton, Early Years Autism training… to name of few!! We are a large nursery team who are dedicated in supporting all young children to grow.
Our staff benefit from 24 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays (based on full time), increasing after the 5th year of service. There is a permanent, part time role, 30 hours per week, 52 weeks a year with a salary range of
£24,796 - £25,392 FTE (Hampshire County Council Grade B/C – depending on experience). The hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
We also have a permanent 30 hours per week vacancy, which is a term time only contract.
The Centre is open from 7.45am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
