Student Support and Guidance Officers (Cranbourne Parent Partners) play a crucial role in ensuring that students feel happy, confident, and well-supported in their education. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing the opportunity to work closely with students, parents, and staff to resolve day-to-day issues and enhance student wellbeing.
The Role
As our school continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Student Support and Guidance Officer to work closely with our Heads of House, parents, and external agencies. This role is integral in fostering strong relationships with students and ensuring they receive the guidance they need to succeed.

Salary: Grade C: £21,411 to £22,310 per annum (FTE: £24,405 to £25,430 per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, term time only
Daily hours are 8.00 am to 4.00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch and a 3.30 pm finish on Friday.
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
