We are looking for a strong and organised Student Welfare Officer who has high standards of work and continuously strives to improve their practices. Our intake numbers are increasing – we currently have 1170 students and are looking to expand our staffing further.
The Pastoral Team consists of a dedicated team of experienced staff, including Progress Leaders, Assistant Progress Leaders, Student Support Officers, Admissions and Exclusions Officer and Behaviour Administration Support. Our aim is to deliver the highest quality of student support to promote progress and high standards of achievement and behaviour.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Welfare Officer to provide support and manage the physical well-being of staff and students. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with students, work with parents/ carers, other staff members and external agencies to support the wellbeing of our students. We are also looking for someone who is solution-focussed, has a ‘can do’ attitude and is able to work as part of a wider Pastoral Team.
