Forest Edge Learning Federation, is a partnership of three small schools that work closely together to provide a quality education for the children in our area - Breamore, Hale and Hyde.  At our OFSTED inspection in November 2023, we were judged as a good school with outstanding for personal development.  We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic supervisory assistant to join our friendly federation team.  The role is based at Hale primary school to supervise our children at lunchtime.  Job shares or part time applications are welcome.

The successful applicant will:

  • be motivated and be able to work independently and with initiative

  • be a team player who has a ‘can do’ attitude

  • have experience of working with children  

  • have an inclusive ethos in supporting children with additional needs

  • be caring and professional

  • have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures

  • Good verbal communication skills
