Job/Person Summary
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and flexible Tea Club Assistant to join our dedicated team of support staff, helping to provide a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment for our children after school.
We welcome applications from individuals available to work between 3:15pm and 5:30pm on one or more days per week during school term time. We are happy to discuss a working pattern that suits you.
We are looking for someone who:
Brings enthusiasm, energy, and a good sense of humour
Is patient, caring, and understanding
Enjoys working as part of a small, friendly team
Ideally has recent experience working with primary-aged children (though this is not essential)
Prioritises the safety, welfare, and happiness of children
Is committed to supporting individuals and small groups of children
Can motivate and encourage children to participate in activities
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
