Job Introduction
Wicor Primary School is looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking Year 3 class teacher to start after the Easter break for a fixed period of one term.
Although this is a temporary post for one term, we will have a position available from September 2025 which may suit the right candidate.
We have a strong reputation for delivering high quality learning in the great outdoors so we are looking for a teacher who is willing to get down and dirty in our allotments and embrace the many opportunities to bring the curriculum to life beyond the four walls of the classroom. We hope to find someone who is creative, well-organised, has high expectations of behaviour and is able to think outside the box, helping to support our vision of championing the environment and outdoor learning.
Staff wellbeing is always on our agenda and we strive to support teaching staff to have the time they need in order to do their jobs effectively.
Applications are welcome from both ECTs and experienced teachers.
Visits to the school are encouraged.
Interviews will take place on Thursday 27th March 2025, with a start date of 21st April 2025.
