Your new role
We have recently appointed a new Head and Deputy Head of our maths department to turn us into the best Maths Department in Hampshire. You will be joining a team of eight, ranging from recently qualified to very experienced teachers. This is a rare opportunity to have both freedom and support to ensure that the curriculum is ambitious, broad and engaging. As a Trust we have an ambitious 490 strategy, we want 90% of our GCSE pupils to be scoring grade 4 or above in English and Maths and we need you to help drive this success.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified maths teacher who has a proven track record of driving and improving results. You will be an approachable but accountable teacher who can raise and maintain the highest standards of progress, attainment, teaching and learning. You will be highly ambitious for our students, our team, and for raising standards across your department.
