We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well-organised, outstanding class teacher for Lydlynch Infant School. We are a good school (Ofsted November 2024), our children are happy and enjoy coming to school. We are keen to maintain this momentum through the appointment of a dynamic, creative teacher to join our team.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- is passionate about children’s learning and has high expectations of learning and behaviour
- ensures that all the pupils are given equal opportunity to learn and achieve highly
- can create a stimulating learning environment that excites children to learn
- can work collaboratively within a team
- is resilient and reflective
- has a positive, respectful and caring ethos shows enthusiasm, drive and commitment
- can work effectively alongside a job share colleague to ensure that the class benefits from having two teachers
- has a sense of humour.
