Job Introduction

Our federation serves an area of high deprivation and currently we have over 320 pupils on roll. The schools are set in one shared building on spacious and beautiful grounds which provide our pupils with fantastic learning opportunities. The local community is a very important part of our vision and values and we strive to work with our community to get the best for our children. Our community expects the best and our children deserve and are entitled to no less than this.

Riders has a new Senior Leadership Team who are committed and passionate about school improvement and are on a journey of rapid school improvement.

We are looking for someone who:

- understands how to motivate and engage children in their learning

- is committed to creating a rich, exciting and creative curriculum

- has high expectations for attainment and behaviour

- is warm and nurturing and sets clear boundaries

- can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

- is a team player and willing to take an active part in the development of our schools

- has a secure understanding of good practice in  primary practice

- is reflective about their practice and keen to continuously improve and develop, as well as share ideas with others.
