We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our vibrant, specialist setting which is expanding - where pupils and staff are truly valued for being themselves. Our long-standing governing body provides stability and vision, while our trauma-informed culture ensures that emotional safety, regulation, and relational practice are at the heart of everything we do.

What We’re Looking For:

•        Proven experience in special education, ideally with complex needs particularly with PMLD or SLD  

•        A commitment to inclusive, relational, and strengths-based teaching

•        Confidence in adapting curriculum and communication to meet diverse needs

•        A reflective practitioner who values sensory based learning, emotional literacy and co-regulation

•        Willingness to contribute to whole-school wellbeing and development
