We are now looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant (1:1) to support one or more children with EHCPs within our nurturing and inclusive environment. With a high number of SEND pupils, we are seeking someone who brings creativity, resilience and a reflective approach to their practice. If you believe every child deserves the chance to shine, you will fit right in.
We are looking for someone who:
- Brings positivity, flexibility and resilience to their work
- Is enthusiastic, motivated and ready to make a real difference
- Has a warm, friendly and consistent approach to learning and behaviour
- Can help children develop social skills and positive peer interactions
- Stays calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Can work independently and use their initiative
- Has strong organisational and time management skills
- Maintains accurate records with attention to detail
- Understands and upholds confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities
