Teaching Assistant - Copythorne CE Infant School

Job Introduction

Contract Details: 

Monday - Wednesday 8.30-3.15 daily (1 hour unpaid lunch break) and an additional 3 hours to be worked 9-12 on a Thursday or Friday.


We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.

This vacancy is for a class based teaching assistant to support teaching and learning within our reception class, but also to be willing and flexible to support across the school when needed. An additional three hours a week to be worked on either a Thursday or Friday will be incorporate as part of the role. These hours will involve supporting learning elsewhere in the school. 

We are looking for a caring and compassionate team player, who will collaborate with colleagues and is willing to learn and develop their understanding of how different children develop.

Experience of working in school or a childcare setting would be a benefit to role, especially those who have previously worked in early years.
