Job Introduction
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working as a Teaching Assistant (Ideally in Year R/KS1)
- Is well organised, flexible and resourceful
- Has a calm and positive approach to learning
- Has high expectations of children at all ages
- Has an awareness and willingness to support a kind and caring child with Special Education Needs
- Has an awareness and understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding
- Enjoys working with a friendly, supportive team and has a good sense of humour
