Job Introduction
We require a confident, caring person to work one to one with a Year 6 child until July 2025.
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
- Able to work as a member of a team using your initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with good time management skills
- Able to demonstrate a commitment to enabling children to do their best
- Able to think creatively and adapt learning to motivate and meet needs
- A calm and positive approach
- An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
- A willingness to work with children with challenging behaviour
Salary will be Grade B or Grade C, scale point depending upon experience and skills.
Winklebury Infant School is part of the Federation of Winklebury Infant and Junior Schools.
