Temporary Learning support Assistant for KS2

Job Introduction

We require a confident, caring person to work one to one with a Year 6 child until July 2025. 

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes: 

  • Able to work as a member of a team using your initiative 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure with good time management skills 
  • Able to demonstrate a commitment to enabling children to do their best 
  • Able to think creatively and adapt learning to motivate and meet needs
  • A calm and positive approach 
  • An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures 
  • A willingness to work with children with challenging behaviour

Salary will be Grade B or Grade C, scale point depending upon experience and skills.
