Job Introduction

We are seeking someone to develop a ‘Thrive’ programme that effectively supports the social and emotional development of a select group of disaffected students and promotes high levels of attendance and engagement.   

Liaising with Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) and the Leadership Team, Heads of Year, other inclusion leaders and relevant staff with cross-school responsibilities, relevant support staff, external agencies and parents/carers.

 

You should have a professional manner, be well organised and be willing to help promote children’s wellbeing.  You should be able to communicate well both over the phone and face to face.
