Andrews’ Endowed CE Primary School is seeking an outstanding Part-Time Year 6 Teacher (3 days per week) to join our dedicated team. This is a crucial role within our school, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our pupils' academic progress and personal development as they prepare for secondary transition.
What We Need from You
We are looking for an exceptional teacher who brings:
- Relational Behaviour Management: A strong, nurturing, and proactive approach to behaviour management built on relational principles, mutual trust, and positive relationships.
- Proven Academic Impact: A track record of driving high attainment and progress across Reading, Writing, and Mathematics in Key Stage 2.
- SATs Preparation & Transition: The ability to inspire, challenge, and support Year 6 pupils through their end-of-key-stage assessments without compromising a balanced, exciting curriculum.
- High Standards & Dedication: Drive, ambition, and the organisational skills needed to maintain excellent classroom standards while working collaboratively in a job-share or part-time structure.
