Required for November 2026

37 hours per week, Grade E (£34,273 to £37,573 FTE)

Term Time only plus Inset days

Pro rata salary £29,316 to £32,139

Are you a caring and proactive healthcare professional who is passionate about supporting young people to thrive?

We are seeking a Welfare Manager to lead our medical and welfare provision, ensuring pupils receive high-quality care and support throughout the school day. This is a rewarding role at the heart of our school community, working closely with students, families, staff and external agencies to promote health, wellbeing and safeguarding.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a nursing or relevant healthcare qualification (NMC registration desirable).
  • Has experience working with children and young people.
  • Is organised, compassionate and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing.
  • Can build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
