Wraparound/Out of School Club Supervisor

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a competent and experienced individual to lead the planning and delivery of our popular wraparound provision, Shooting Stars Breakfast and After-School Club.

Position Details:

  • 23.75 hours per week, term time only
  • Breakfast Club: 7:15am – 9:00am
  • After-School Club: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Grade D, from £13.95 per hour
  • Job Share: Considered upon request

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in a childcare setting
  • Has experience supervising staff
  • Brings a positive, proactive attitude
  • Encourages play and engagement for all children
  • Demonstrates a constructive approach to behaviour management
  • Promotes independence and confidence in children
  • Communicates effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Uses initiative and forward-thinking in daily planning
  • Understands safeguarding responsibilities within a school context
