We are currently seeking a competent and experienced individual to lead the planning and delivery of our popular wraparound provision, Shooting Stars Breakfast and After-School Club.
Position Details:
- 23.75 hours per week, term time only
- Breakfast Club: 7:15am – 9:00am
- After-School Club: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- Grade D, from £13.95 per hour
- Job Share: Considered upon request
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a childcare setting
- Has experience supervising staff
- Brings a positive, proactive attitude
- Encourages play and engagement for all children
- Demonstrates a constructive approach to behaviour management
- Promotes independence and confidence in children
- Communicates effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Uses initiative and forward-thinking in daily planning
- Understands safeguarding responsibilities within a school context
