Year R Teacher

Job Introduction

Park Primary School is looking for a dedicated and passionate Year R teacher to join us in September. We welcome both experienced and newly qualified applicants who have a passion for Early Years and would love to help our children have the best start to their education at Park Primary School. 


We are looking for a candidate who: 

  • motivates and engages children in their learning
  • is committed to creating a rich, exciting and creative curriculum 
  • has high expectations of progress, attainment and behaviour 
  • values teamwork and collaboration 
  • is warm and nurturing and sets clear boundaries 
  • can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • has a secure understanding of good Early Years provision
  • is able to adapt learning to the needs and interests of the children  
  • is reflective about their practice and keen to continuously improve and develop, as well as share ideas with others
