We are looking for a creative, child centred team player to join our lovely village school. This role will primarily be supporting children with EHCP’s on a 1:1 basis. Initially in YR.
We are looking for someone who has an interest in children and the ability to motivate and inspire as well as adjust differentiated tasks to meet the needs of the individual and can demonstrate good behaviour management skills.
The successful person will have the enthusiasm and creativity to ensure the highest possible standards of pupil achievement and be able to support personal development.
