Are you calm under pressure, highly organised, and ready to make a difference where it really matters? We are looking for a resilient, proactive and compassionate person to join our busy secondary school environment to support the School Nurse in providing vital first aid and medical support to our students. This is a dynamic role that goes beyond routine care — you’ll be at the heart of our pastoral team, supporting young people with empathy, efficiency, and unwavering professionalism.
We are ideally seeking someone with previous school admin experience, or someone who is quick to learn and is extremely competent with Word & Excel. Working in a busy and demanding School office, the successful candidate will need to be well organised, an excellent team player, friendly, flexible and approachable with excellent written and verbal skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to day-to-day first aid incidents and accidents with calm efficiency
- Supporting students with both short- and long-term medical needs
- General Admin support and on occasions Reception cover.
This is a role for someone who thrives when every day is different, who can stay composed in high-pressured situations, and who has the drive to get things done with warmth, discretion and precision.
Closing Date: 13th March 2026
Please download an application pack from the School’s Website.
Please note that applications will be considered as they are received by the School and you are therefore advised to submit your application as early as possible as some interviews may take place, and the appointment may be made before the closing date is reached for the post.
