Job Introduction
We are looking for an organised, proactive and creative Administrative Officer to lead our school communications and coordinate all school trips, while providing high‑quality administrative support across the school.
You will be a highly organised, confident and proactive administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for clear, effective communication. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities at once and can adapt quickly in a busy school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media content and publish daily updates.
- Produce weekly newsletters and support website updates.
- Manage the school’s contact inbox and support internal staff communications.
- Lead the organisation and administration of school trips and visits.
- Manage parental communications, records and compliance.
- Provide admin support across departments and events.
- Support the Headteacher’s PA with administrative support.
- Assist with Year 6 transition process by coordinating school visits

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and maintain a professional tone.
- Strong digital skills, including confidence with social media, newsletter software and school systems.
- Great interpersonal skills — you enjoy working with staff, students, parents and visitors and can build positive, professional relationships.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach, especially when juggling deadlines or supporting urgent school needs.
