Calmore Infant School After School Club Assistant Vacancy
We are looking for a lively and enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to join our term-time team for After School cover on a casual basis to cover staff absence. The club is based at Calmore Infant School and is run for both Infant and Junior School children.
Your role will involve overseeing the children whilst they eat, engaging and having fun playing games, doing arts and crafts etc in our busy after school club, Flamingos.
Joining a very caring and nurturing team, you will be a good team player, bringing new ideas to the club to keep the children engaged in the session.
Previous experience in childcare is advantageous, but relevant training and supervision will be offered for the right person.
Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid or Food Hygiene qualifications would also be an advantage, although for the right candidate we can help you to secure these.
Working hours are 3pm to 5:30pm on a casual basis to cover staff absence during term time only.
All employees must undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
