Job Introduction
Winnall Primary School is a warm and friendly school with a strong child centred ethos. We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated learning support assistant to join our friendly early years team, who will work with us to achieve the highest standards possible for the children in our care. Our children are ably supported by a committed team of professionals who believe in our shared values of Teamwork, Respect, Aspiration and Curiosity.
We would like to appoint someone who:
- are passionate about play and provide the best experience possible for each child.
- can plan exciting and engaging activities for children
- can prepare a light tea
- have an ability to lead, manage and enjoy working with others.
- can use their initiative and work independently with an energy and enthusiasm to go that extra mile.
- understand the importance and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- have a good understanding of safeguarding, reporting all concerns in line with the school policy
- has first aid training (desirable, not essential)
