The Role
 As our school continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reflective Assistant Headteacher to take the lead on behaviour and culture at Cranbourne. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to sustain a positive and safe environment for students to thrive. We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to upholding high expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with staff, students, and parents.
  • Focus on championing effective behaviour management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently apply a clear, whole school behaviour policy that promotes positive relationships which reflect the school’s values and culture.
  • Work closely with our Deputy Headteacher and pastoral team.
  • Foster strong partnerships with parents to ensure a child-centred approach to decision-making.
