An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated leader to join our school team as an Assistant Headteacher and Key Stage Two Lead.
Hawley Primary School is a happy school, where our committed staff promote independence, creativity and enthusiasm for learning in our eager and friendly children. I am looking forward to welcoming an excellent teacher to play an active part in furthering the exciting developments in our school.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates:
- Outstanding classroom practitioner with experience working in Key Stage Two
- Inspirational and effective leadership skills with the confidence to implement and develop whole school initiatives
- A positive attitude and the ability to successfully lead a team
- An understanding of how to provide a creative and inspiring learning environment, with a curriculum that meets the needs of all children
- High expectations of children’s learning attitudes and behaviour across the school
- Someone who is creative, friendly and brings joy to our school
