We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational senior leader to the post of Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour and Culture. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Senior Leadership Team at this very exciting time in the life of the School.
The Wavell School is an expanding and oversubscribed highly successful 11 – 16 maintained school with 1020 students on roll.
Full details of the role will be explored at interview; areas of specific responsibility will include:
- Driving standards of behaviour, promoting positive ethos and culture
- Leading high quality pastoral care
- Implementing and monitoring attendance
The successful candidate will be:
