£39,151 - £42,838

37 hours, 52 weeks (part time hours considered, minimum of 25 hours per week)

Fixed Term until 31st August 2026


Solent Academies Trust is seeking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on a fixed term basis to cover staff absence, to be part of their busy and dynamic Central Finance Team based at Acorn Business Park, Portsmouth. 

As part of the Central Team, you will work closely with the Management Accountant and Chief Financial and Operations Officer and play an integral part in financial and payroll matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. This will involve supporting staff based at academies with Solent Academies (SAT).

Ideally you will have recent relevant experience within an Academy, College, Charity or similar, plus be qualified by experience or a Qualified/Part Qualified in ACCA, CIPFA or CIMA.
