Café Assistant (Tea Rooms)
Various hours between 7am and 6pm depending on rota – one weekday and Saturdays
Casual contract – from £14.08 per hour for age 18+ (inclusive of holiday pay)
Park Community School wishes to appoint a Café Assistant to support the catering team at our successful Tea Rooms based at Staunton Country Park.
Reporting to the Tea Room Manager, but often working independently, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring high standards. This role encompasses a whole range of café duties including preparing quality food and beverages, serving customers, and maintaining the café environment.
Candidates will have proven experience in the industry, hold NVQ Level 1 or equivalent in food preparation and cooking, and have knowledge of food hygiene standards and relevant health and safety requirements.
