We are excited to be looking for a new member of our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, inspirational teacher to join our school community from September 2026.
Four Lanes is a popular Federation, made up of an Infant and Junior school. Our staff work across the Federation to secure a primary offer for our pupils across their 7 years with us. We are fortunate enough to have fantastic grounds and a dedicated team who provide our children with the very best. The Federation is on an exciting journey and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of building something superb for the children of Chineham, Basingstoke.
This post is suitable for both ECTs and teachers on Main Pay Range.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher with commitment to raising standards for all children;

- Has high expectations of learners;
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner;
- Demonstrates a commitment to pupils’ development and pastoral care;
- Has teaching experience using the National Curriculum;
