Salary: MPS 1 - 6/ UPS 1 - 3 

Contract Type: Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and inspirational Early Years Class Teacher who can create a vibrant, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Class Teacher at King’s Academy Northern Parade, you will:

  • Inspire and Engage – Plan and deliver high-quality, creative, and inclusive lessons that motivate and challenge all pupils.

  • Create a Positive Learning Environment – Develop a supportive and inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their best.

  • Promote Progress and Achievement – Set high expectations for all pupils, using effective assessment and feedback to ensure continuous progress.

  • Support the Whole Child – Implement our relational and restorative practice approaches in order to address the social, emotional, and academic needs of each pupil, working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support their development.

  • Work Collaboratively – Contribute to a strong team ethos

  • Embrace Professional Development – Engage in ongoing training and self-improvement to refine teaching practice and stay informed of educational developments.

  • Uphold School Values – Demonstrate a commitment to the school’s vision, values, and inclusive ethos.
