Job Introduction
Wallop Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our friendly and collaborative team. We are a small village school set in the beautiful village of Nether Wallop. Our grounds are fantastic and offer endless opportunities for our learners. Our school vision of 'every learning minute matters' is central to everything we do. We are on an exciting journey as a school. We use research based approaches to ensure our teaching has the maximum impact on learning. We are incredibly proud of our recent Ofsted report (December 2025) which found that our children "delight in sharing books," "behave well," and "relish the warm welcome they receive each morning."
As a school with a strong military community, we pride ourselves in getting to know every child and their family quickly, ensuring they feel a sense of belonging and ambition from day one. We are a hard-working, happy, and supportive team, and we would love for you to join us!
We are looking for a teacher who is:
Deeply committed to our vision that every learning minute matters
A strong classroom practitioner with a passion for evidence-based pedagogy
Inclusive and determined to ensure every child achieves their full potential
A collaborative team player who enjoys professional dialogue
Reflective, enthusiastic, resilient, dedicated
We can offer you:
A friendly and supportive team. As a small school, we are good at looking after one another.
A positive, child-centred atmosphere where relationships are strong and children feel safe.
Strong CPD opportunities that are research-informed and collaborative
Kind, polite children who behave well and enjoy their learning.
A great start or next step in your teaching career
