Cover Supervisor/Teacher
For January 2026
An opportunity has arisen for a suitable candidate to take on the role of Cover Supervisor/Teacher. As a member of the Support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering work provided by teachers, monitoring/managing behaviour and keeping pupils on task. You will have high standards of expectation, deliver lively and engaging lessons based on the lesson materials provided and support students by responding to questions.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can engage and motivate young people
- Adaptable and confident working with secondary-aged students
- Ideally has experience working in a school or youth setting (though not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.
