We are a small primary school in the heart of Curdridge village.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Headteacher to join our Curdridge team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Headteacher, Governing Body and staff to ensure pupils experience a positive and enriching school life.
We deliver our curriculum in an exciting and unique way and would want the successful candidate to understand the pedagogy behind this and be able to promote our work to inspire others. Key responsibilities will include:
- Classteacher with dedicated leadership time
- The role of Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Leading and developing staff
- Leading Maths across the school
- Taking responsibility for pupils in receipt of the Pupil Premium Grant
- Monitoring other subject areas across the school (negotiable)
- Analysing data and setting targets as part of the SLT
