The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly capable and inspirational Early Career Teacher (ECT) tojoin our teaching team. Depending on the skills of the successful candidate, the role may be based inKey Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional withexceptional teaching skills to further drive high standards of attainment at our successful school. Thisis a full-time teaching position with a start date of Tuesday 2nd September 2025. The successful candidate will:
• be an inclusive practitioner who understands that high expectations for all pupils helps them toflourish as learners and improve their life chances;
• have experience of teaching in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2;
• be able to plan, prepare and adapt teaching methods and resources to suit the specific needs of allpupils;
• have excellent interpersonal qualities, underpinned by a firm vision for improving outcomes forchildren;
• be passionate about implementing a stimulating, tidy and attractive learning environment forpupils;
• have a sense of humour;
• be a practising Catholic or committed to being sympathetic to our Catholic values and ethos;
• place the children at the heart of their practice.
