Early Years / Key Stage 1 Teacher

Job Introduction

Are you a nurturing, reflective practitioner who places relationships at the heart of your teaching? Do you believe that strong, respectful connections with children and families are the foundation for meaningful learning? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Tower Hill Primary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years / KS1 teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team. We are a values-led school that prioritises relational practice — where trust, empathy, and consistency form the backbone of every classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience or strong interest in Early Years and/or KS1
  • A strong belief in the power of relationships to support children's emotional and academic development
  • A warm and responsive teaching style, rooted in empathy, boundaries, and respect
  • A commitment to inclusive practice and a nurturing approach to behaviour
  • Someone who values collaboration with colleagues, families, and the wider school community

We Offer:

  • A school culture where relational practice is embedded and championed
  • Enthusiastic, curious learners who thrive in a safe and caring environment
  • A leadership team that values wellbeing and professional growth
  • A lovely environment in which to work with friendly and supportive team members
  • Generous level of learning support
  • A proactive and supportive and SEND and pastoral team

Whether you’re newly qualified or bring years of experience, if you teach from the heart and value connection as much as content, we want to hear from you.
