Early years (Year R) - Learning Support Assistant with Lunchtime Role

Job Introduction

"Overall, pupils behave well and show positive attitudes to their learning. They enjoy coming to school and feel safe and supported. From the early years, clear routines help leaders and staff to create a calm and orderly environment. Leaders set high expectations for behaviour, which staff consistently reinforce, including during lunchtimes.

In Reception, children get off to a flying start. Leaders prioritise the early years to ensure children have a confident beginning to their education"    Ofsted 2026
