Due to relocating, we have the exciting opportunity of ELSA across Knights Enham Schools. This really is an amazing opportunity, to work alongside the SENCO and two TALAs within our Nurture Provision.
The roll will be running ELSA sessions in the mornings across both the Infants and Juniors, in the afternoon you will be leading the Nurture room with the support of our SENCO.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced ELSA
- Has qualifications of GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths to help pupils with their academic learning;
- Has experience of supporting the learning and safeguarding of young people in your care;
- Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Has high expectations of behaviour;
- Is reflective and committed to their own professional development;
- Is able to work closely and effectively within a team;
- Is committed to working in partnership with children, staff, parents, governors and the wider community;
