Our over-subscribed school has the privilege of teaching students who are amongst the highest attaining at KS2 in Hampshire with a high APS on entry - our challenge is to maintain and accelerate their progress.
We are seeking a teacher of English to join our English Department which is packed with enthusiastic and committed teachers who consistently deliver strong exam results and great learning. Alongside the traditional English curriculum, they also deliver KS3 lessons in journalism, classics and creative writing as part of our innovative curriculum which aims to go beyond and develop students’ interest and cultural capital in unexpected ways. The ability to teach other subjects, ie history, film studies, media studies and/or business studies, would be advantageous.
