The Four Lanes Federation are seeking to appoint an experienced leader, to lead the Four Lanes Infant and Junior schools forward on the next stage of our journey. We are looking for a leader who is approachable for children, staff and our whole school community. The successful candidate will have a vision for delivering high quality education for all pupils, who acknowledges and builds on our strong foundations. Our new Headteacher will inspire and bring out the best in staff, be resourceful, have resilience and drive, with a proven track-record of delivering strong educational outcomes.
We are seeking a professional individual who:
- Is currently a successful leader, who is an aspirational and dynamic headteacher.
- Has a strong track-record of success in their current role within the Primary phase.
- Can develop the quality of learning provision so that it secures progress for all pupils from entry to exit across the federation journey.
- Works alongside staff to further develop the wider curriculum so that it takes account of inclusion and diversity and challenges all pupils in all subjects.
- Will empower staff, through a clear package of continuous professional development, so that they can work with confidence and autonomy moving the schools forward.
- Is committed to sustaining a strong safeguarding ethos across the federation
- Demonstrates commitment to building good relationships within the federation and in the wider community.
