Project Lead for the the development and implementation of a fair, consistent and sustainable pay framework for our Trust.
Inclusive Education Trust (IET) is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead a six-month project to develop and implement a common pay framework across the Trust.
IET is a Multi-Academy Trust comprising four academy schools: Reigate Valley College, Wey Valley College, Fordway Centre and Rowhill School, alongside the Aspire Alternative College Hub, based in Surrey and Hampshire. Our purpose is to provide inclusive, high-quality education that builds students’ self-belief and love of learning, empowering them to reach their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, solutions-focused HR professional to lead a key organisational project, taking it from reviewing existing arrangements and designing a framework through to implementation. You will work with stakeholders across the Trust to deliver an approach that is fair, transparent, practical and fit for the future.
The opportunity
You will take ownership of the end-to-end project, ensuring the common pay framework is not only well designed but successfully implemented across the Trust. This will involve understanding existing pay arrangements, developing proposals, engaging with stakeholders, managing the transition to the new framework and supporting its consistent application.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with project management skills, sound judgement and a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach. You will be confident turning plans into action and ensuring the project delivers meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
About you
You will be an experienced HR professional with a track record of delivering projects involving pay structures, reward frameworks or organisational change. You will have the ability to manage a project from initial analysis and design through to implementation, bringing stakeholders with you and ensuring that agreed changes are translated into effective practice.
You will be collaborative, analytical and well organised, with the confidence to navigate different perspectives, solve problems and deliver results within an agreed timescale.
If you have the expertise to help us design and implement a consistent, effective approach to pay, we’d love to hear from you.
