Balksbury Federation, on the outskirts of Andover, will shortly be advertising for an ambitious and highly effective Executive Headteacher to provide strategic leadership across our federation (Infant and Junior schools).
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced school leader with a clear educational vision who is ready to take our established federation into the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuing to drive excellence in teaching and learning, foster a culture of high expectations, inclusion and continuous improvement across the federation.
We are seeking a leader who can think strategically, inspire teams and build strong partnerships with families, governors and the wider community. You will have the opportunity to shape the future direction of the federation and build on its strong foundations.
