We are a single form entry primary school with a large playing field, woodlands, nature & garden areas, hard surfaced playgrounds, hall and library. Our Foundation stage and Year 1 children enjoy their own dedicated outdoor area where they are able to develop their physical and social skills. Our children are curious, joyful and determined learners, supported by talented and dedicated staff who are deeply committed to the life and vision of the school.
At Titchfield Primary School we STRIVE for success and our STRIVE values are the foundation of personal growth and character development. They guide how the children interact with others, approach learning and develop essential life skills. These values are reflected by staff and practised by the children throughout the school day and across all aspects of school life.
The school is committed to staff and pupil well-being. The leadership team and governing body want all staff to be professionally developed and supported, and we pride ourselves on our school motto of ‘We STRIVE for success’, which includes staff.
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Brings both passion and dedication to the role, inspiring confidence in our children, staff and families, leading our school with a clear vision and a strong sense of purpose.
- Is a visible, approachable leader who will embody our deeply rooted values, modelling kindness and high expectations in everything they do. In this role, you will champion a culture of true inclusion, ensuring every child’s unique personality and needs are warmly supported. By utilising your senior primary leadership experience, deeply embedded commitment to safeguarding and well-being, you will create a positive, high-performing environment across the school where both staff and children can truly thrive.
- Is an inspiring educator at heart who will drive school improvement through an exciting curriculum and a strong understanding of high-quality teaching and SEND provision. Beyond the classroom, you will bring solid financial awareness, policy-shaping skills, and the ability to balance school progress with a healthy work-life balance for your team. As a confident communicator, you will excel at building trusting, robust relationships with parents, governors, and our local village and church, keeping our vibrant community at the very centre of our school.
We warmly invite prospective candidates to visit the school to experience our fantastic setting first-hand. If you would like to lead Titchfield Primary on the next stage of its journey, we would be delighted to hear from you.
