Job Introduction

Are you an inspirational and dynamic leader with a passion for shaping young lives? The Governing Body of Durley Church of England Primary School are looking to recruit a Headteacher for our small, inclusive, and thriving school starting in September 2025. The school is at the heart of a close-knit community with strong ties to the wider local area and church. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our vibrant and welcoming school.

Visits to the school will be warmly welcomed, there will be opportunities to visit on;

  • Monday 10th March – 9:30 – 11:30am 
  • Tuesday 11th March – 1:00 – 2:30pm
  • Thursday 13th March – 9:30 -11:30 am 
  • Tuesday 18th March 1:00 – 2:30pm

Selection Procedure

The shortlist will be drawn up on 3rd April, and the selection process will take place on 25th and 28th April. Further details will be sent to those candidates called for interview. Applicants will be advised after the shortlisting date whether they have been successful.
