The Governors of Compton All Saints’ are seeking to appoint a new headteacher to lead our wonderful school. They are committed to encouraging and supporting the successful candidate in what may be their first headship. As our current headteacher moves to a larger school, we are looking for a dynamic and inspirational educator who can build on our strengths and successes, and foster positive relationships with children, staff, parents, carers, the church and the community.

Our new headteacher will…
- continue the good work of achieving excellent outcomes for all pupils, with particular regard to the lowest attaining 20%.
- ensure that teachers are clear about what pupils should know and remember in each subject – so that pupils can recall and use prior learning.
- ensure the financial stability of the school through developing a long-term strategy and maintaining high numbers on roll.
- continue developing the school's wider curriculum, with opportunities for sports and the arts.
