Job Introduction
This role is for an Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for two afternoons per week, with the possibility of additional hours offered to cover teacher absence. Five mornings would be working as an Learning Support Assistant (LSA) unless required to cover a class during this time, and in which case, you would be paid as an HLTA for this.
If required by the candidate, this role may be split into either just the HLTA or the LSA position. Ideally though, the candidate would hold both positions.
