St Michael’s Junior School are looking for a HLTA who is able to support specific groups of children as well as providing teaching cover for our Teachers.
Are you positive and resilient? You may be a qualified teacher looking to step back? Have you had experience of taking whole class groups? Do you have an area of passion within the school setting? We are looking for somebody positive and energetic to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for a passionate and flexible HLTA who:
- has experience in a teaching environment taking whole class groups
- has experience of taking small groups of children and can demonstrate progress
- understands how to support and extend children's learning
- can lead and teach classes as part of PPA cover for teachers
- can lead classes in the absence of a teacher when required
- is proactive, adaptable and keen to learn
- is a team player who values collaboration and communication
